Madison Marcus has appointed Jessica Lucich as a Partner in its Investment Funds & Financial Services practice, strengthening the firm’s specialist capability across investment funds, financial services, exchange traded products and private capital.
Jessica has particular expertise in the establishment, structuring and operation of investment funds and exchange traded products. Her experience spans a broad range of listed and unlisted retail, wholesale and institutional funds and products across domestic and offshore markets, from traditional to alternative strategies. This includes managed investment schemes, private credit, private equity and venture capital funds, REITs, ETFs, structured products and hedge funds, among others.
She is well known for developing innovative listed and exchange traded products, including actively managed ETFs, dual-access structures and bespoke products on ASX and TMX Australia Exchange. She also advises on digital asset products and proposed listings on BTC Markets, covering structuring, regulatory characterisation and market entry, with a focus on commercially workable structures that bring new products to market.
Jessica has worked in private practice, with leading Australian and international firms, and in-house within the investment management and financial services sectors. That background gives her a practical understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment in which fund managers, investment managers, responsible entities, trustees and financial institutions operate.
Her appointment expands Madison Marcus’ ability to support clients across the full life cycle of funds and investment products and complements the firm’s broader Corporate & Commercial and Strategic Advisory capabilities.
We welcome Jessica to Madison Marcus and the specialist capability she brings to our clients and the firm.
