About Jessica
Jessica Lucich is a Partner at Madison Marcus and leads the firm’s Investment Funds and Financial Services practice.
Her practice spans fund formation and structuring, investment management, innovative and exchange-traded products, digital assets, funds-related M&A transactions and financial services regulation. She advises leading Australian and international fund managers, investment managers, responsible entities, financial institutions, investment platforms and institutional investors.
She advises on listed and unlisted investment funds and products across retail, wholesale and institutional markets in Australia and offshore, from traditional to alternative investment strategies. Her work includes managed investment schemes, private credit, private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds, REITs, ETFs and structured products.
Jessica has particular expertise in developing innovative listed and exchange-traded products. Her work includes actively managed ETFs, dual-access structures and structured and bespoke investment products on ASX and TMX Australia Exchange. She also advises on digital asset products and proposed listings on BTC Markets, including product structuring, regulatory characterisation and market-entry considerations. She works with clients to develop commercially workable structures and bring new investment products to market.
Her commercial approach is informed by experience in both private practice and in-house within the investment management and financial services sectors. Her career includes roles with MinterEllison, Gilbert + Tobin and Baker McKenzie, together with in-house roles at leading financial services and investment management organisations.
Jessica is recognised within the industry for her expertise across investment funds, investment management, financial services regulation and innovative investment products.
