Madison Marcus is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Ivers to Senior Associate in its Commercial Litigation team, effective 1 October 2026.
Since joining the firm in May 2022, Daniel has become a valued member of the Commercial Litigation practice, recognised for his technical knowledge, commitment to client service and collaborative approach to resolving complex legal disputes.
Daniel advises across a broad range of commercial disputes, including construction litigation, debt recovery, corporate insolvency and dispute resolution. His experience includes appearing in state and federal courts and assisting clients in navigating challenging commercial matters with practical, commercially focused legal strategies.
Throughout his time at Madison Marcus, Daniel has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and delivering high-quality legal outcomes. His ability to work closely with clients and colleagues, combined with his growing leadership capabilities, has contributed to his progression within the firm.
