Melissa’s work has extended beyond legal services. Over the past five years, she has supported the Management Team on a wide range of internal initiatives. These have included projects in Accounts, Human Resources, Quality Management Systems and Corporate & Commercial Law.
Her adaptability and strong business understanding have helped drive key outcomes. In addition, she has become a trusted mentor to many within the team and across the firm. Her input has strengthened operations and improved our internal culture.
