Kurt is a Sydney based Senior Associate at Madison Marcus and an esteemed member of the Commercial Litigation and Construction & Infrastructure divisions. As a cross-disciplined lawyer, Kurt has in-depth knowledge and experience across litigation, dispute resolution, construction law, commercial law and property. In his legal career, Kurt has performed in various factions of Australia’s largest law firms, which has enabled Kurt to provide a wealth of commercial expertise and diplomacy to any legal matter. Admitted in 2019, Kurt has developed extensive experience in litigated and non-litigated disputes, investigations and alternative dispute resolution.
