He has advised an SME on a circa $500,000 sale of a business, a foreign client on a circa $5 million sale of a company, a financier as junior lender for circa $14 million property acquisition, a liquidator on circa $4 million land and business sale, and AU & UK Professional Service organisation in respect of its A$170 million acquisition by a major corporation.
