About Alysha Bailey
Alysha Bailey is an Associate at Madison Marcus, practising primarily in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and construction and infrastructure matters. Having been with the firm for over 16 years, she brings a deep understanding of its practice and its clients. As a result, she understands how complex disputes are run both strategically and behind the scenes.
Her work focuses on commercial disputes, where she acts for clients in contentious matters from early strategy through to resolution. In addition, she supports clients across the lifecycle of disputes and transactions, including pre-action strategy, contract analysis, negotiations, and formal proceedings. Through this work, she anticipates issues early and helps keep matters progressing efficiently.
A significant focus of Alysha’s practice is building and construction law. She assists on front-end, back-end, and contentious construction matters. This includes drafting and advising on construction contracts and supporting disputes arising from high-value building and infrastructure projects. In addition, she works on commercial litigation matters involving corporate, employment, sports, and entertainment-related issues.
