Alicia is a Special Counsel and the Head of the Family Law and Wills & Estates Division at Madison Marcus.
Alicia provides bespoke legal services to clients experiencing separation and divorce. Her passion is helping men navigate the family law system and she has made this her specialty in recent years after noticing a significant gap in the market for men’s specialist legal services. Alicia’s reputation as a practitioner with the utmost integrity and thirst for excellence has made her a sought-out practitioner for not only men, but women too.
Alicia provides meaningful advice and guidance to those facing challenging legal issues in family law practice. She displays an understanding of the complex psycho-social-legal pressures her client’s face during separation and divorce and prides herself in finding a collaborative and peaceful solution. Her approach to strategy in both the collaborative and litigation spaces has enabled her to best achieve client goals and safeguard their interests. Clients engage Alicia because she provides a successful and result driven practice. Clients find her approach genuine, fresh and supportive.
Alicia has been able to balance the need for sensitivity whilst maintaining a tough and robust approach in the litigious family law space. However, Alicia’s early priority is finding a resolution through the practice of collaborative law. She is a fully qualified Collaborative Law practitioner and is a member of Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc and the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Alicia also has vast experience in the area of Wills and Estates, particularly in high-net worth contested Wills and Family Provision Estate litigation.
